Shipping Information

Processing time

Please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to be processed. Please note that the 1-2 days processing time does not include estimated delivery time at checkout.

Calculated at checkout and varies depending on your delivery location.

Pick-up Order

If you choose to pick up your package from our Brooklyn studio, simply select the "Pick-up" option at the the checkout page. Contact us at customercare@faraisimoyi.com for pickup address.

Item not delivered

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2-3 days due to possible shipping delays.

Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of your local postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be redelivered if a package is untraceable.

Customs Charges

You may be charged duties by your country for international delivery. These charges vary between countries and are not included in the price of your items. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We currently do not issue refunds, however we accept exchanges for unworn items up to 7 days of receiving your package. Exchanges made after this 7 day grace period will not be accepted. Exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by a Farai return form.

Please email your form request to customercare@faraisimoyi.com and include this form in your return package. Send your returns to the Farai address shown on the return form you printed. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refunded. Farai will not be held responsible for lost returns; tracking numbers are the responsibility of the customer.  For International Exchanges, please ensure that the package is marked as "RETURNS" on the return label and not as commercial samples. If your package is returned with COD/Duties it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

All sale items are final sale, no exchanges on discounted items will be accepted.
