1. Organic Pineapple Skin Tea- boil skins in 1 liter of water for 15mins or until water turns yellow. Add raw local honey or drink plain. This tea is great for circulation, anti-inflammatory, cleansing, immune booster, & weight loss.
2. Pineapple Pot-Pourri- place skins in a food dehydrator or an oven at 200 degrees and leave until skins crisp. Add your favorite spices and dried flowers for a sweet aroma.
